Welcome, My name is Steve Wearn and I know that searching for a place to stay while attending summer classes is time consuming so I am placing the basic information up front to save you time.

The apartment is 250 feet from the main entrance to the school.

This is a three (3) bedroom apartment so you will have Franklin Pierce roommates while you are here.

Your share of the rent is $125.00 (US) weekly. It includes all utilities,  basic cable TV and Ethernet. The only expense your rent does not cover is your telephone.

The apartment is completely furnished.

This is a no smoking apartment.

There is no off-street overnight parking. You may park in front of the apartment during the day and use the schools parking lot at night. It is one block away.

THE DETAILS:
      The apartment is:
Bright and sunny with lots of large windows and a screened-in porch.

Quiet. It is on a one-way, one-block long street.

Hard wired in each bedroom for Ethernet and seperate phone line.

RENTAL PROCESS:
Once we agree you will rent you will need to reserve your room with a $250.00 (US) deposit. This "room reserve" deposit then becomes your $125.00 security deposit and your $125.00 first weeks rent. This deposit is due prior to your arrival.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
All you need to bring with you is your personal belongings and towels, sheets, bedding, etc. Or these may be purchased locally. Room and bed sizes are different in each room and we will discuss this when you choose a bedroom.

My wife andI have been renting to Franklin Pierce Law students for the past eighteen (18) years and although we live a few miles from the apartment I am always available, for questions or concerns, to any of the students.
